Thank you for shopping at Riwayat Wear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're happy to help according to the policy below.

1. Return Window

You may return a product within 7 days of the purchase date.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and receipt/invoice must be included.
Product must not be damaged (unless it was delivered damaged/defective).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale/clearance
Used, washed, or altered garments
Innerwear or items removed from hygiene-sealed packaging
Customized or made-to-order/stitched items

4. Return Process

Our team will confirm and approve your return request.
Ship the product back, or we'll arrange a pickup.
Once inspected, we'll process your refund/exchange.

5. Refund Policy

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery along with photos. In such cases, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
